The MHO5000 is a 12-bit Centaurus-platform scope with a 10.1-inch 1280×800 touch screen and the analog channel count to watch a whole power stage at once: four channels on the MHO5054 and MHO5104, six on the MHO5056 and MHO5106. All sample at 4 GSa/s with 500 Mpts of memory and up to 1,000,000 waveforms a second.
Sixteen digital channels are built in (logic probe required), and the 4-channel models include RIGOL's waveform generator. The analysis set covers power analysis, Bode plots, histograms and protocol decodes. Like the MHO2000 it can run from a battery pack. Pick 500 MHz or 1 GHz.
