The DG2000 is a two-channel function/arbitrary generator at 50, 70 or 100 MHz, with 250 MSa/s sampling, 16-bit resolution and 16 Mpts of arbitrary memory per channel. Both channels have the same performance and work as independent sources.

RIGOL's SiFi II technology keeps jitter as low as 200 ps, and frequency stability is ±1 ppm with -105 dBc/Hz phase noise. A harmonic generator, a 7-digit 240 MHz frequency counter and up to 160 built-in waveforms make it a capable mid-range bench generator.
