The DG992 is a 100 MHz two-channel function/arbitrary generator with 250 MSa/s, 16-bit resolution and 16 Mpts of arbitrary memory per channel. Both channels share the same performance, giving two independent sources.

It uses RIGOL's SiFi II technology (jitter as low as 200 ps), with ±1 ppm stability, -105 dBc/Hz phase noise, a harmonic generator and a 240 MHz frequency counter.
