The DG6000 is a high-voltage differential function/arbitrary generator: 2 or 4 differential channels (or 4/8 single-ended), 2.5 GSa/s, 16-bit resolution, up to 1 GHz differential output and ±10 V high-voltage differential signals, with full channel isolation.
Arbitrary memory is 256 Mpts per channel (512 Mpts optional), and Sequence, PRBS, multi-pulse, multi-tone, pattern, IQ and advanced arbitrary modes are standard. It has a 10.1-inch color touch screen and Web Control.
