The DG5000 Pro is RIGOL's multi-channel high-performance generator: 2, 4 or 8 channels at 250, 350 or 500 MHz, 2.5 GSa/s and 16-bit resolution, with each channel isolated from ground. Square waves reach 170 MHz with 0.8 ns rise time and pulses 120 MHz with 4.2 ns minimum width.
Arbitrary memory is 64 Mpts per channel (128 Mpts optional), and Sequence, IQ, multi-pulse, pattern and multi-tone are available as options. A 10.1-inch HD touch screen lets you configure all channels from one screen, with Web Control for remote use.
